1. How can your product clean the air? What’s the principle?
Our air ionizer purifier products can generate massive amount of negative ions.
Negative ions help to clean the air by attracting smoke, dust, bacteria and other harmful particles floating in the air, sticking together and forming clusters.
These clusters of particles then become heavy enough to drop to the ground where they can be vacuumed rather than staying in suspension where they can be breathed in. The diagram below can help you understand how it works:




2. Does your product need to replace the filter?
For Car Air Purifier Series and other non-filter type products, no filter replacement is needed. These types of air purifiers achieve the function of air purification based on air ionizer instead of air filter.

For Filter Air Purifier (JO-8201, JO-8501), regular replacement of the filter is needed. The purifier will automatically inform you when the filter needs to be cleanned or replaced.


3. How is the service life and warranty of your product?
The service life of our product is generally 3 to 5 years with one-year warranty.


4. After placing an order, when will my goods be ready for delivery?
It depends on the order amount and your OEM requirements.
Usually, for trial order, it takes about 1-3 working days. For orders of 500-1000pcs, about 7-10 business days. You may contact us directly to check the lead time of your order.


5. How to pay?
We accept Credit Card/E-checking by Trade Assuarance, Paypal, Western Union, TT, L/C and etc.


6. Can I place an order less than MOQ?
We also accept small quantity order. You may enjoy more discount when placing a larger order.


7. How will you ship the goods?
We will choose the best delivery solutions for your order.
We normally send via Express such as DHL, Fedex, UPS, EMS which provides door-to-door service. Transport by air / by sea is also available.
